‘I’m reading Francesca Klug’s Values for a Godless Age, which traces the evolution of human rights. It would be wonderful if human rights were as important to this century as democratic rights were to the last. I’m also reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by JK Rowling with my children.’
